某歌搜了一下机关英文资料，第一条竟然是“德国某市长被控给一个公务员年薪6万欧啥也不干，连发5年”。

下面也有介绍所谓无薪的，他们工资不是直接按工资发，是事后以“补偿”的形式一次性发：
